The type of shipment (overnight, first class, priority etc.)

Returns

How to Return  

 

Items that have been purchased from the showroom or purchased as a finished piece of jewelry can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date, with a receipt. Please note that some finished pieces of jewelry that have to be ordered in, only have a 9 day return window on them.

 

 

There are no refunds on custom-made or custom-ordered pieces of jewelry.

 

 

 

 

Exchanges
